1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount using your original payment method.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
    • Other Locations: 5-10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[500/-]
  • For orders below ₹[500/-], a standard shipping fee of ₹[100/-] will be applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

6. Courier Partners

We partner with reputed logistics companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post for reliable and timely delivery.

 

 

7. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

8. Delay in Delivery

9. Change of Address

You may request a change of address before the order is shipped by contacting our support team. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

10. Return to Origin (RTO)

If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or rejection at the delivery address, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

. 💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD available on orders below ₹[2000/-] within India.
  • To reduce failed deliveries, we may require OTP verification or partial advance payment on high-value COD orders.
  • Repeated COD cancellations may limit future COD eligibility.
